A nonogram (also called picross or griddlers) is a picture logic puzzle. The numbers beside each row and above each column tell you the lengths of the filled runs in that line; together they reveal a hidden picture.
How this mode works
A clue like 2 1 means two filled, a gap, then one filled.
Tap to fill, tap again to mark a square you know is empty.
Tips to get better
- Start with lines whose clue nearly fills them — the overlap between the leftmost and rightmost placement must be filled.
- Mark squares you know are empty; they are as useful as filled ones.
- A clue of 0 or a completed line lets you mark the rest of that line empty.
- Alternate between rows and columns: each new square unlocks the crossing line.
